Hurricanes love us.

The Crescent City dodged a bullet with the powerful Hurricane Laura, but western Louisiana was not so lucky. Lake Charles, a city on the Gulf of Mexico coastline, close to the state border of Texas and Louisiana, was hit hard by the storm. I decided to do something to help.

This weekend, August 29th and 30th, Weapon of Choice New Orleans is offering a 20% off EVERYTHING in the entire store (use code SAFE), and also 20% off everything in our Etsy store…..and 15% of the profits from the combine sale will be donated to the Red Cross. Looking ahead, I’d also like to be able to donate to the Cajun Navy, a group of intrepid souls with vehicles and boats who are dedicated volunteer first responders in times of natural disaster. So go ahead-shop! And know that a portion of the proceeds are going to help people!
